Our campaign brief tool works in your browser. Preparing a brief does not send its fields to Avalon Top LLC or save them in a website account. The downloaded file stays on your device. If you later email that file to us, its contents become part of your email inquiry.

Cloudflare provides hosting and security for this website. When you visit, its infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs, request times, browser or device details, and traffic or security events to deliver and protect the site.

2. How information is used

The website does not sell campaign brief entries or transmit them to advertising platforms. Client campaign tracking, if separately agreed, is outside this website's brief tool and must be addressed in the applicable client arrangements and notices. Inquiry and correspondence records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, managing an ongoing business relationship, and meeting applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, email service, or method of transmission can guarantee complete security. You control copies of briefs downloaded to your own device; deleting a local file does not delete a copy you have already emailed to someone.

You can browse without completing a brief or emailing us. You can review, edit, or delete a downloaded brief before deciding whether to share it.
